Pros: Everything! I stayed in a king suite and absolutely enjoyed it. The spa tub was large and relaxing, lots of hot water and it was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. I loved the fireplace, chairs/footrests and swivel TV (you can watch tv while in the tub). Blackout curtains were awesome. The front desk was nice and accommodating. We will absolutely be coming here again. Cons: The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty but that’s not a huge deal. Needs a table or something in the restroom so we have somewhere to set our things other than the sink.
One night tourist trip and this place was where we needed to be. Great bed and shower was hot and powerful. Our only knock is no passenger elevator (freight and laundry only) and stairs seemed a bit steep. Breakfast was hot and tasty and in my limited encounters with staff, they were quite friendly.
We enjoyed our weekend stay!!! Very friendly, they were prompt and friendly when asked for extra towels and a pillow. The free breakfast was great!! Pool and hot tub were clean and nice! The pub inside was great to have also! Nice are, close to Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Dead Creek Bar had great food and drink!! All and all we would stay there again!
